Terms & Conditions
Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance. A valid payment method is required to hold your appointment.
No Call / No Show Policy
We understand that emergencies and unexpected obligations can arise. However, when you fail to notify us of a cancellation, you may prevent another client from booking that time.

If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without contacting us, your next appointment will not be scheduled until the missed appointment is paid in full.

A non-refundable $100 fee will be charged to your card on file for any no-call/no-show.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Providing 48 hours’ notice allows us to offer your spot to a waitlisted client and is greatly appreciated.
